SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order and 5-14 Business days for shipping within the US. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pre-orders are as per noted in items description. XINAXIII is not the responsible party for any package that is lost or damaged in transit.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of the product, so long as it is unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and are not covered by XINAXIII in the case of an exchange or return.

Deliveries to Canada take an average of 20 days to arrive. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, we insure all international packages. The insurance on international packages can only be accessed 45-90 days from the time the package was processed. Please note that international customers shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.
